TIP: Using Lists to get information from Word documents

For users of Microsoft Word, there are a variety of application lists defined in your Dolphin software that give you quick and easy access to information within your document. The following lists are available within Word:

  1. List of headings: DOLPHIN KEY+2
  2. List of objects: LEFT SHIFT+DOLPHIN KEY+ 1
  3. List of spelling errors: LEFT SHIFT+DOLPHIN KEY+8
  4. List of grammar errors: LEFT SHIFT+DOLPHIN KEY+3
  5. List of revisions: LEFT SHIFT+DOLPHIN KEY+4
  6. List of comments: LEFT SHIFT+DOLPHIN KEY+5

And don't forget; the default list of links (DOLPHIN KEY+1) that can also be used in Microsoft Word. Please refer your existing product documentation for a comprehensive list of these.

NOTE: The above lists will work in Word 2000 and above.
