Maximize IE 7 window automatically if not already so.
This updatefixes problems where the window as maximized automatically even if you wanted to minimize it
This script maximises the Internet Explorer 7 main window automatically if it is not already maximised. It uses a detection script to decide which window to maximise and has an associated map file.
