Hi my name is Jason and I’m partially sighted in one eye, and I have some sight in my right eye but in my left eye I’ve got no sight at all.

This is why I prefer using Guide because it’s easier to negotiate and the controls are a lot simpler to use than our old software which was SuperNova. The commands and controls were really quite difficult for myself so I gave Guide a shot and it seems to be working for me. It’s brilliant.
