VAT is chargeable on all orders, proof of VAT exemption must be supplied with the order, otherwise VAT will be charged at the standard rate. The rate charged will depend on the equipment that is purchased and will apply to the whole order value. The rates are as follows:
- Specialised software equipment e.g. Dolphin Guide or SuperNova: 0% (only available to registered charities and registered blind or partially sighted individuals, see VAT terms.)
- Non-specialised equipment e.g. PC: 20%
- Mixed Equipment orders e.g. PC & Dolphin software: 4.02%
