Dolphin's involvement in delivering independence and choice for blind and partially-sighted computer users has recently been recognised in Poland. "Chance for the Blind" Foundation, the leading Polish charity for blind and partially-sighted people, awarded Dolphin with its prestigious IDOL 2009 Award in the Best Company category. The award recognises Dolphin's continuous software developments enabling visually-impaired computer users to regain their independence at home, in education and in the workplace.
Krzysztof Waksberg, the Manager of the "Chance for the Blind" Foundation and Magdalena Kornetka, the Conference Co-ordinator, presenting the award to Steve Bennett, Dolphin's Sales Director.
The Award ceremony took place in December 2009 during the annual "Reha for the Blind in Poland" Conference, the second largest event of its type in Europe. The award was proudly accepted by Steve Bennett, Dolphin's Sales Director.
