Q0232: Error using menus on Internet Explorer version 7.
The problem:
The Dolphin Screen Reader / Magnifier creates an “entry point not found” error message with reference to the “Psapi.dll” when users execute commands from the Internet Explorer menus.
Internet Explorer 7 is supplied with a new version of the psapi.dll which conflicts with the version supplied with your Dolphin product.
The solution
To work around this issue, follow these steps:
• Go to the installation location for your Dolphin Screen Reader / Magnifier (by default the location will be C:\Program Files\Dolphin\'Product name').
• Find PSAPI.DLL in the installation location and rename it to something else, such as PSAPIOLD.DLL.
• Restart the computer.
The Dolphin software will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory and function normally.
It is important that you do not rename the PSAPI.DLL file in your \\Windows\System32 directory.

- Internet Explorer 7, Supernova, HAL, Lunar, and LunarPlus versions 7.01 and earlier.
