Q0301: I have updated to Internet Explorer 8 and now Daisy books will not scroll in my Dolphin EasyReader.

The problem:

After upgrading to Internet Explorer 8, Daisy Books will no longer scroll in EasyReader. The speech will still play without any problems, but the on screen text does not move.

The solution

Download and install the update patch for EasyReader Versions 3 and 4.

This patch is available to download from the 'Updates, Maps & Patches' area of the website or from the direct web address listed below:
