Easy as 1, 2, 3: Creating alternative formats the EasyConverter Way

Hosted by AltFormat.org & supported by Dolphin Computer Access, leading international alternative format creation expert Mattias Karlsson will be offering four mini-training workshops during the AHEAD 2009 conference. These free sessions are exclusively available to AHEAD conference attendees and can be booked on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Each session will offer the attendees an insight into the ‘whole’ alternative format creation process, from the beginning as a raw source file, through to conclusion as quality DAISY, Braille, large print & MP3.

Mattias will educate listeners with tips to deliver quality with speed, advice on how to avoid the most common pitfalls and suggestions on best practice and proven processes. The workshop will then close with a chance to ask questions of the speaker. Each attendee will also walk away with a free detailed guide to alternative formats, as well as a complimentary copy of the new version of EasyReader, the World’s most popular software DAISY player.
